Join us for this limited seating event on Saturday 1.21.17 and experience the finest dining available in Mountain Home. Chef David and his experienced staff will be presenting a 6 course scratch made dining event showcasing the finest and freshest seasonally available ingredients.

Rillettes of Rabbit
Pickled shallots, Brussels sprouts, red wine reduction, wheat biscuit
Brie, Toasted Pumpkin Seed, Prosciutto crisp
Fennel Apple Salad
Macadamia nut ‘Cheese’, toasted walnuts, lemon vinaigrette
Seared Jumbo Scallop
House smoked bacon, rutabaga latkes, roasted onion-thyme puree
Moulard Duck two ways
Seared breast (cooked medium), confit of leg, butternut squash puree, collard greens, cranberry Gastrique
Frozen chocolate mousse, house made pomegranate marshmallow and graham cracker, pomegranate seeds
$55 per person plus tax & 15% gratuity
Main seating will be upstairs in our faithfully renovated and restored 126 year old building, with limited downstairs seats available for those with physical limitations.
